The ratchet handle structure consists of pawl, ratchet, handle spring, and baffle. The ratchet is installed at the head of the handle and axially positioned by two baffle. The pawl and spring are installed in the positioning hole of the handle head, and the head of the pawl catches the backstop groove of the ratchet, so that the ratchet and handle can only rotate in one direction and make intermittent movement. The labor-saving mechanism for gear transmission of moving shaft gear train is composed of sector racks, wrench body, pinion and other parts. Two sector racks are fixed on both sides of the rear part of the jaw seat and the center of the lead screw through screws and positioning pins. The center of sector racks coincides with the center of the lead screw at the lower part of the jaw body. The inner square hole of the wrench body is matched with the outer square head of the lead screw. There is clearance fit between the rotating shaft of the pinion and the centering hole of the wrench body.
2. Labor-saving principle of a new type of labor-saving pneumatic wrench. The labor-saving structure of the new labor-saving wrench is based on the torque amplification principle of gear transmission. The gear transmission structure is driven by moving shaft gear train, the sector rack is sun gear, and the pinion engaged with the sector rack is planetary gear, which surrounds the sector.
